In my room here, I had a modern setup and air conditioning, along with hypo-allergenic pillows. the staff was super friendly all the time, which made my stay even better! 😊

It's cold in the room and especially the floors, no dental supplies.

The place was unique and had competent staff at the reception desk, appreciated the stay. My queen room was very good sized with a great buffet breakfast. The location was absolutely perfect and realy good - ease of access to Lesser Town. The hotel itself was in a very pleasant area, just off cafe's, the Christmas markets as well as the numerous well priced restaurants and the centre, and the historic Charles Bridge.

The queen room had free wireless internet access and a great WiFi. I was offered a generous breakfast at 8:15 am. The location was central, close to Christmas Markets, fantastic food, the river, boats passing by. I thoroughly enjoyed the trip.

It's proximity to everything in Prague was excellent and it's position on the river was an idyllic bonus. Also, the breakfast was of very good quality, which was just what was required before a tiring day of exploring Prague.

The breakfast has more than adequate and generous options with juices and the scrambled eggs, for example. The hotel has very good sized and well furnished rooms complete with a view of Charles Bridge and shower, for instance.

It is a beautiful hotel that I would recommend to anyone. It is so close to everything a tourist would want to see - yet it is quiet and the staff was great.

The location of this place is amazing as it overlooks the river, and it's great to enjoy tea and treats at Hergetova Cihelna, which is just a kilometer away.

The locality was excellent - a quiet location but well placed for walking to all areas of the city. Room 25 was delightful. Staff could not have been more helpful.

We visited the adjacent restaurant (part of the hotel). The menu displayed outside was not the same as the menu inside! The food was pricy and not particularly inspiring. Whereas we felt the hotel offered good value for money the restaurant certainly didn't.

Localization, clean room, 24h reception, free internet connection (WiFi)

Heater was switched off during the night!!! Cold room (I asked at reception desks, no results). Only 2 car parking places. I had to park far away 15euro/ night.
